Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Made-to-order or custom products may require additional preparation time.
Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally whenever possible.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and postal service.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and local postal services.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically.
No physical shipment is made for digital downloads.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please include photographs whenever possible.
Return & Refund Policy
Original Artwork
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only when:
- the artwork was damaged during shipping
- the item significantly differs from its description
Please contact us before returning any item.
Custom Products
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
Digital Products
Because digital files are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital sales are final.
Refunds are not available once a digital product has been downloaded.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Privacy Policy
Rabbitflower Diary respects your privacy.
We collect only the personal information necessary to:
- process your order
- communicate regarding your purchase
- provide customer support
We never sell customer information.
Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Ko-fi and is never stored by # Rabbitflower Diary.

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, and digital products remain protected by copyright.
Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical item only.
Copyright remains with # Rabbitflower Diary.
The following are prohibited without written permission:
- Commercial use
- Redistribution
- Resale of digital files
- Copying or reproducing artwork
- AI training
- Machine learning
- NFT creation
- Any unauthorized use
Rabbitflower Diary reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional situations including payment problems, inventory errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

配送について
発送までの日数
ご入金確認後、通常 3～5営業日以内 に発送いたします。
受注制作作品やオーダーメイド作品は、通常よりお時間をいただく場合があります。
配送地域
可能な限り世界各国への発送に対応しています。
お住まいの国や地域によっては発送できない場合があります。
お届け日数
配送日数は発送先や現地の郵便事情によって異なります。
到着予定日は目安であり、お届け日を保証するものではありません。
送料
送料はご注文時に表示されます。
関税・輸入税・付加価値税（VAT）など、お住まいの国で発生する費用は購入者様のご負担となります。
デジタル商品
デジタル商品はダウンロード形式で提供されます。
デジタル商品の発送はありません。
配送事故・破損について
商品が破損して届いた場合や配送上の問題があった場合は、お受け取り後 7日以内 にご連絡ください。
商品の状態や梱包状態が分かる写真をご提供いただけますと、迅速に対応いたします。
返品・返金について
原画作品
以下の場合に限り、お受け取り後 14日以内 の返品を承ります。
- 配送中の破損
- 商品説明と著しく異なる状態で届いた場合
返品をご希望の場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。
オーダーメイド作品
受注制作・オーダーメイド作品は、不良品や誤配送を除き返品・交換はできません。
デジタル商品
デジタル商品の性質上、ご購入後の返品・返金はできません。
返品送料
商品の不具合や誤配送を除き、返品送料は購入者様のご負担となります。
返金方法
返金が承認された場合は、ご購入時と同じ決済方法で返金いたします。
